Is it correct?

As per the contract provided, you were supposed to do the armchair in mahogany wood, but you requested me vide mail dated xxxx that you are going to use teak wood for furniture due to unavailability of materials. But I never give any green light / approval for this change of wood finishes, and I gave you only two options on this subject, and requested you to forward quotation. But you have forwarded a quotation for only option 2 which was not approved. Thereafter, you installed armchair in option 1 without any approval, and the installed items were in a poor condition and order. So when my representative noticed these changes and defectiveness, I asked you to remove the furniture. So, your claim is totally wrong and no justification.
