"There is nothing to get out of conversation." Do you mean this?

Sth like: We don't care about your gender and race and beliefs. We can talk about everything and with everyone. Y'know that no obstacles. So how does this sentence should sound?

Your orginal sentence sound to me like you know this person already and there is a problem and you are re-assuring them about the problem. Having read your second post I doubt you mean that.

Perhaps: I believe there is nothing that should prevent conversation.

Hm, I just can say: Let's talk, but I wanna use other sentence.

Sth similar: I don't see any problem with our having a talk.

There is nothing to prevent us from having a talk. - that it's good?

Sounds ok.

You can consider the sentence Philips Dave has given.

Consider these also: "Let there be no impediments to our conversation."

"Let nothing prevent our conversation."

vsuresh"Let there be no impediments to our conversation."
"Let nothing prevent our conversation."
These both sound very formal and old-fashioned.

"There is nothing to prevent us from having a talk." is fine.

You could also say, "There's no reason why we can't have a conversation/talk."
