Is it correct?

Please note that no hole should be made in the cover plate unless required, you can make a hole only at the bottom part of the cover plate where we marked so that this hole will not be visible after installed

(This is correct, but it seems a little strange. Why would anyone make a hole if it were not required?)

The second "sentence" is a bit awkward. I'd suggest:

We have marked a location at the bottom where a hole may be made
