Is it correct?

As per your below mail and our discussions that we had last month, I checked with the postal department and they says that they haven't received any registered postal item against my address yet, so please look into this matter and send my user id and password at the earliest so that I can enable to browse my account over the net.

As you suggested in your (letter/email?) and in the discussions we had last month, I have checked with the postal department. They inform me that they have not yet received any registered postal item coming to my address. Please look into this matter and send me my user ID and password as soon as possible so that I can access my account over the intern
