Is it correct?

Hi, I need to make a stamp telling people it is invalid if they resale thie free tickets. Can I use, "Invalid on Resale" or any other good suggestions??

Since the tickets are free to begin with, I'd suggest something more like: not valid if purchased by a second party or not for sale.
