Is it correct?

Hi everybody! I have a question. I know it is correct to say: Let`s have lunch or let`s eat lunch but, is it correct to say: Let`s take lunch?

I hear "let's take lunch" in the context of "let's take a lunch break now." You're working on some project with a friend or colleague, and you still have more work to do. But you're getting hungry.

It would most often be in a work situation where you would normally be expected to take a lunch break at some point in time.
