Grammar

Is it correct?

Hi, again!

Please, could you help me one more time?

1)What is the grammar explanation for both forms below being considered correct:

- What's the company name? / What's the company's name?

2) And is it correct to say when someone is absent : "At the moment, Mr. Smith is not in". ?

Thanks in advance,

Luiz
