Hello Ritinha

I would say:

'The projects presented in the table below have been monitored since September 2004.'

MrPredantic,
Is there any difference between the meanings of the sentences?

Hello Mav

'Are being monitored' is the present continuous tense, so doesn't work with 'since', which implies a past period of monitoring.

'Have been monitored' is the present perfect tense, which can include a specified period of the past plus the present.
