No, this is also wrong. You can either say : I hope I will have it completed by tomorrow. Or, Hopefully I will complete it by tomorrow.

I missed this point. My intention was to give a substitute the word "I hope" I just copied the line which caused such mess.

so Fture Perfect is incoorect here,isn't it? we can say "i will have finished it by this time tomorrow" ? or the position of "it" is wrong here?
