Is it common to reply "top of the morning to you" when " good morning" is said?

Only if you want to sound almost comically Irish. Actually, it's OK to say if you want to be casual and a little humorous. Just don't say it a lot, or in a serious situation.

The greeting is Top o' the morning to ye! The traditional response is And the rest of the day to yourself.
It's my understanding that the Irish don't often use it these days.

Haha no at all, its language was set on English (United Kingdom). Funny thing it didn't give me that reply when I switched it to English (United States).
