The main problem seems to me that you are trying to produce what you think is the correct pronunciation with no real model to go on.

Try listen to snippets of a speech, such as this, in which the speaker (whatever you think of his political views) speaks fairly slowly and clearly. Take a group of four rr five words at a time, and try to say them. Record yourself, and play the recording b
