Is it clear that the "their" at the end of the sentence refers to the 2 dragonarmies?

However, the remnant Green Wing was utterly destroyed during the Blue Lady’s War in 357 AC, when the Solamnic forces defeated both the Blue and the Green Dragonarmy forces in their assault on Palanthas.
