Is it clear...
A beautiful woman was standing down at the end of a stairway on the floor below.
At the end of a stairway on the floor below there was standing a beautiful woman.
Is it clear in both of these sentences that the beautiful woman is standing on the floor below at the end of a stairway leading down from the floor above from where she's standing? Or could it be written more clearly?
