Is it better to do things with other people or on your own?

In today’s world, teamwork skills play a vital role in the process of globalization. In my opinion, it is better to do things with everyone.

To begin with, working at school or college will be more effective and lot easier as we do together. Particularly, we can learn something new from our teammates by exchanging our ideas and opinions, so we can build a strong group. Besides, if we make mistakes, our partners can correct them and make our study more productive.

Secondly, teammate spirit in sports activities also extremely crucial for everyone. For example, if each individual plays football in him way and want to show off his skill, he can lead his team to fail to score, which will make them let down. On top of that, playing with others will be a great chance for us to cultivate qualities such as honesty, unity and so on.

Last but not least, working in constructive atmosphere can bring loads of breakthrough for mankind. In technology, for instance, many innovative and cutting-edge inventions was born thanks to this cooperation.

To sum up, people can hardly do anything in absence of mutual supports. In other words, working together make our lives easier and more worthwhile
