Is it at lunch or on lunch?

My co-workers and I are having a large problem convincing each other on how it is appropriate to say someone is on their lunch break. One girl says it's absolutely not okay to say "She's on her lunch right now, would you like to leave her a message?" While almost everyone else thinks it's perfectl okay to say either "She's on lunch right now" or "She's at lunch right now".... WHICH IS IT.... IT"S DRIVING US MAD???????????
