Is it acceptable use ‘everybody’ and ‘everyone’ in the given sentences even if these words sound redundant? Please help me.

“Health is wealth” is a proverb that has taught everybody to have a healthy lifestyle. Not only does it inspire everyone to improve his/her diet, but it also motivates everyone to assume great responsibilities concerning his/her well-being.
