Hi everyone,
Does a sentence sound unnatural and not English (thinking about psychological analysis) if it starts from a negative statement?
For example:
1) It is not our case just to follow some popular trends, for example only do UI for iOS, and not be interested in other things. We can do everything.
2) If a designer is not competent in literacy, and doesn’t know how to deliver information, they would put a spoke in the team’s wheel.
How do you feel of starting sentences with a negative?
I sometimes do copy-writing at work about business processes, the company, products, and so on. And to make our products distinctive from the others I think that using this "turn of speech" could be advantageous. My mother tongue is Russian.
I appreciate your replies in advance!
