Is it acceptable to include 'at one sitting' and 'all in all' in my sentence?

Is it acceptable to include 'at one sitting' and 'all in all' in my sentence? Would it be better if I omitted these words?


The scouts gathered around a bonfire, and their leader could count them all at one sitting; they were 112 all in all.
