which Is acceptable? Is it right to say there is someone that but not who followed by a clause? or just describe with Ving....

1.There is someone that /who has many umbrellas sold today around the corner of the street.

2. Have you seen anyone that /who wears sunglasses in the house?

3. I saw the man having fought with his wife.

4. Isn't he the one having been punished for a few weeks?
