It's still correct, but it was more natural before with time. However, if the aim of the question is to ask me if I remember the exact moment that I won the award (all the details, how I felt, etc.), then moment may be a better choice. If you mean to ask me if I simply recall the event or to introduce the topic, then definitely use time.
