Nothing's done, isn't it?

This seems odd to me. Better is Nothing's done, is it?

But it's hard to think of a context in which a person would want to say this. Can you suggest a context?.

The tag is affirmative when the sense of the main clause is negative. The word 'nothing' makes the main clause negative, so you don't use another negative (n't) in the tag.
