Is it a correct sentence? let her happy & let her be happy

good eve~ everybody~ please let me know whether these sentences are correct or not.

it's so confusing for me ,for instanse " she makes me happy " &"she makes me be happy" which one is correct? i believe that first one is correct.. how about these ones. "let him be happy "& " let him happy" my teachers told me that first sentence is correct .. but unfortunately i was able to find second one a lot in internet..so i'm confused so much....... please let me know ~~
