Is it a correct sentence?

Who do you think is handling the case? I know this sentence is correct. Could you show me the same structure sentence using 'tell'. Like: who do you tell ........? Please help.

These don’t have quite the same structure, though. In your sentence who is a subject; in the sentences above it’s an object.
