Not quite correct. Here are some things I think you might mean:
He will have been here fourteen years this summer.
He would have been fourteen years old now (if he had lived).
It will be fourteen years this summer since I went to Paris.
(Using now makes it difficult to rationalize the tense in your original sentence.)
