Is it a bad habit to use two "of"s in a phrase?

Please someone tell me whether it is natural or not to use two "of"s in the same phrase like in the following sentence. Though I think this might be grammatically acceptable, I have no idea about its naturality.

To begin with, there is a significant relationship between crime-rate and the education level of the inhabitants of a country.
