Is "include" a correct verb in this context?

Hi,

Is "include" a right verb in my sentence below?

"Over 75% of road deaths occur among men. 25.7% of these casualties include people aged 18 to 29, 30.4% include people 30 to 49 years old and 30.3% include those aged 50 and older.

Thanks!

it's OK, but "people" does not correspond to "men."

Of course, it is! It is a very common use of this verb. Moreover, it can be utilized in almost any context, therefore no issues appear. It is a verb to use with an object. For instance, to include materials or to include any idea etc.
