Is "in which" correct?

Hi!

Is the underlined part okay?

During meeting of the company's administrative board on January 5, 2014 in which the matter regarding renewal of sales rights was adjudicated, the partner submitted to the board a lease agreement with the building owner.

Thank you!

I would add "a" before the word "meeting"; and I believe the subordinate clause needs a comma before it: During a meeting of the company’s administrative board on January 5, 2014 , in which the matter regarding renewal of sales rights was adjudicated, the partner submitted to the board a lease agreement with the building owner.
