Is " I will buy the book ." the same as " I will go to buy the book" ? Some said that the word " buy " doesn't need to add "go to " in front of "buy." Why? Also " go to " can be said in front of verb for expressing go do something or go and do something. So can we say i will go buy the book instead?
These are all correct: I will buy the book. I will go and buy the book. I am going to buy the book.

These are all correct:
I will buy the book.
I will go and buy the book.
I am going to buy the book.
I am going to go and buy the book.
So it's true that you don't need 'go to', but you can use 'going to'. I suspect that if you listen to native speakers they will most likely say "I'm going to buy the book".
