Is honesty always the best policy?

Honesty is ones of the characteristic that we should have. However, It is not always good to tell the truth because sometimes It can hurt other people.

In some special situations, we ought to say white lies. If you are a doctor, you should say lies to your patients about their health in order to last their lives. Or when your friends ask you for your opinions about their appearances, you should have positive answers.

In the other hand, someone just speak their mind, say their own opinions without thinking that their words can hurt somebody's feeling and make an argument with the others. They always think that everything they do is right because they are just honesty.

In conclusion, Honesty is not always the best policy. Sometimes, you should say lies so as to protect the feelings of other people.
