Is his English comprehensible to the native

Hi,

There's a Internet service called Unotelly that enables you to access to some of the web services provided only in the U.S such as Netflix or Spotify even when you are not in the country. And as far as I am concerned they offer the free account and the pay account. If you pay you can access more websites, basically.

The conversation below is what I had with one of the representatives, but I have no idea what he's talking about. Is his English comprehensive to the natives?

Reply 1: Free channels meaning you can access their site without subscription provided you have an active UnoDNS subscription.

Me: So why can't I access to spotify without subscription? It's one of the free channels, isn't it?

Reply 2: As per my last e-mail, free channels meaning you can access their site without subscription provided you have an active UnoDNS subscription.

If you read on the above statement you can freely access those channels provided you are connected to the UnoVPN "with" a "VALID SUBSCRIPTION".

Thanks for your help,

M

I comprehend, but it does have non-native-like structure problems. I would think this is what is meant:

Free channels meaning => 'Free channels' means
If you read on the above statement => If you read the above / If you read on in the above (?)

Thank you for the reply.

I took a look at their web site. There is no such thing as FREE UnoDNS account except a short trial subscription, which expires after a week or so.

If you have a UnoDNS subscription (which you have to pay

Seems OK to me. You need a subscription to these Uno . . . things.

Free channels is deceptive advertising to me. They are not for gratis. They mean that if you have (and pay for) a subscription, these channels are included at no extra cost, as part of your subscription.

Thank you for saying this! Now I am relieved that my confusion wasn't my fault.
