Is 'higher' the correct word in context?

Is higher the correct word here? Is the sentence correctly written and natural?

It is weird having you higher /taller than me. I am usually the one looking down at you. (2 people sitting in chairs, on chair is higher/ taller than the other)

Thank you very much
