'Is he from...', 'does he live...', & 'Is he living...'

Do the following sentences give the same idea or meaning, please? 

- Is he from our own area? 
- Does he live in our own area? 
- Is he living in our own area?

  • He may or may not.
  • Does he live in our area?
  • -- This is asking if he currently lives in your area, whether or not he was originally from somewhere else.

Is he from our area? -- This is asking if he is from your area whether or not he lives there now. He may or may not.

Does he live in our area? -- This is asking if he currently lives in your area, whether or not he was originally from somewhere else.

Is he living in our area? -- This is the same as the second one, but this is not the usual tense that is used.
