Is "has had" okay in English?

Hi!

Please take look at the sentence below. Is the underlined part fine? Any other suggestions?

Neither I, nor the mother and sister of the defendant has had any luck in convincing the defendant that I must take care of the child on daily bases.

It should be "have had" as the subject is plural. (I, mother, sister).
Meanwhile, the expression is "daily basis" not "bases"
