The National Health Service has been established in order to implement the State policy in ensuring the availability of medical treatment services and to administer the State budget funds allocated for the health care by ensuring maximum efficiency in utilizing the State budget funds in providing health care services, as well as in order to implement the State policy in implementation of the e-health.
