Is grammar okay here?

Hello!

Is grammar okay in this sentence?

If the use of the furniture reveals any defects which can be believed to be production defectives and if the furniture, up until the detection of defects, was used according to requirements for use, the company hereby undertakes to remove such defects, within 50 days following the moment of detection of such defects, at its own expenses.

The sentence is grammatically correct, but it could be written in a way that is not so wordy. Additionally, it would be better to use "defects" rather than "defectives."
