Is grammar correctly used in this sentence?

Hi,

I wrote this answer in an e-mail as my justification to the customer for why I am not calculating meals as part or reimbursement, for one more day of consultaions(for June6, 2010):

I answered: " We based on your authoriztion which indicates only conference with meals for June 01-05, 2010."

Is it correct? if not, how should it read to explain to him why this meal is not reimbursable?

I appreciate your help on this.

Thank you,

Beckam
