Is "gonna have to" is similar to "going to"?

Hi friends,

I'm new to this forum. I love English and I want to improve my skills in this language. I'll ask more questions later if I get a good response. Please feel free to correct my questions too wherever needs be.
Question: "I'm gonna have to go on that way".
Can this sentence be an alternative to this one "I'm going on that way"?
In my understanding, "have to" is an alternative to English word "must". And if I m right than sentence "gonna have to" can't be an alternative to "going to". Reply please.

Hi, "Gonna" is a way of saying "going to" in informal speech , and "have to" can be replaced by "must". But "gonna have to" is not an alternative to "going to". "Going to" can be replaced by "will".

So your original sentence may be reworded as "I will have to go on that way" or " I am going to have to go on that way."
