Is 'down' OK here?

Hi. I'm writing a script.

This scene is in an RV:

Ken stands talking to Carl outside the RV. We can't hear what they're saying. Suddenly Carl pushes past him into the RV. Ken follows.

Ken: It was just a joke, OK?

Furious, Carl disappears down the back of the RV. (it's a long RV)

Ken: Carl! Carl, I'm sorry, OK?!
