Is 'divergent of' correct?

Hi,

The following was quoted in a newspaper:

"Organisations and charities must conduct themselves in a way that the general public expects of them. And not behave in a way that is very divergent of what the public expects."

Shouldn't it be 'divergent from' instead? Or both are correct?
