Is delivered in a timely way

Hi,

Could you please tell me what the following question is asking about?
Sorry I am not sure.

Is it EQUIVALENT TO asking how I can ensure I can submit my work before deadlines?

Sentence:
How do you ensure that the work you do is delivered in a timely way?

Thanks
