after word "by..." is an mathematical equation..I do not know how to insert that equation..

How about simply this?

The formula of motion is . . .

I'd also say 'for' rather than 'of'.

(Is it correct to call an equation a formula?)

The formula for motion is expressed as ABC=XYZ.

I believe you can say, "Motion is defined by (certain factors).

But I would not say "The formula . . . . . is defined by/as . . . . . "
