Hi experts,
I am not sure of the conscious-driven which I put in my resume' as a quality.
Not sure if that is a nice word or neutral. What exactly does it mean? And any other professional words for describing yourself?
Thanks in advance.
I can't tell whether "conscious-driven" is a mistake for "conscience-driven" or a buzzword in marketing coined by an illiterate. I prefer the former. Either way, it is not a word, and it makes no sense on the face of it.

To me, "conscious-driven" doesn't make any sense. It could be a mistake for "conscience-driven", meaning strongly directed or motivated by one's conscience (i.e. one's sense of right and wrong). "conscience-driven" does not simply mean "self-motivated". If you mean "self-motivated" then you can say that.

Bad. Very bad.
The word you may be looking for is conscientious. Look it up in your dictionary.
The other possibilities are principled, virtuous, honorable, and honest - meaning that you act according to moral principles.)
