That does not sound right. I'd use ancillary or associated.

Can you kindly put some light what is ancillary or associated in this case?

Thanks,

ancillary:

adjective
1.subordinate; subsidiary.
2.auxiliary; assisting.

associated:
adjective
12. connected, joined, or related
13.having subordinate status
14.allied; concomitant.

I vote for "associated".

Or why not simply drop the "co-" and say "Golf Pro-shops & all related facilities."

related (adjective) connected; associated

Any thoughts on that?
