Not that I am aware of. They are synonyms. "Close-minded" is my preference.

I have just checked the corpora.

close-minded - BNC: 0; COCA: 37
closed-minded - BNC: 2; COCA: 58

So, they are both uncommon in BrE, and both apparently acceptable in AmE.
