Is chillware an ice bucket?

Hi,

I faced with an strange word that I couldn't find anywhere. I just come with this idea that it might be like an ice bucket, as the text was about OUTSET, the brand.
Am I right?
Thank you

Outset Chillware
COOL ENOUGH TO CHILL IN
