Is "cheaper" the correct word?

Hi!
Is the underlined "cheaper" correct in this context? Can prices be "cheaper"? Or should they be "lesser, smaller etc."?

In Berlin, the highly qualified professionals and treatments are available for prices approximately 40% cheaper than averagely in Europe.

Thank you!

Technically prices can be lower/higher whereas products can be either cheaper or more expensive. That said, the collocation "cheaper price" is in common usage and I don't think it's frowned upon by many people.
