Can I say,

(i)On the stove, a kettle is boiling.

(ii)On the stove, the water is boiling.

(iii) The water / kettle is boiling on the stove.

(iv) The kettle on the stove is boiling.

(v) The water in the kettle is boiling on the stove.

On the stove, the water in the kettle is boiling.

They are all OK.

(Even though a kettle itself can't literally boil, "the kettle is boiling" is fine; it's understood to mean, fairly obviously, that the water inside it is boiling.)
