Is "be" stressed in "It must be the storm."

Person A: What happened?

Person B: It must be the storm.


"It", "must", and "the" are function words so I think they get stressed unless stress is shifted to convey a specific meaning.

Storm is certainly stressed because it is a content word.

I'm not sure about "be". Does the word "be" get any stress? It comes after the auxiliary so it may be a main verb here.
