Is "be going to Verb+ing" Future Continuous?

Hello everyone!

I came across this sentence in a DIY video:

"In this tutorial we're going to be showing you how to make one of these lovely pumpkins."

(It's about pumpkin plushies.)
(Source:The sentence is within the first 10 seconds.)

Is this Future Continuous? I read here ( https://ginsengenglish.com/blog/future-continuous) that you can replace "will" in Future Continuous with "be going to" but haven't really come across this construct - or I've just never noticed.

Is it really true that you can replace the two anytime, can I trust this source? Are there any nuanced differences between the usage of the two?

Thank you for your help in advance!

Replace the two anytime? I don't think it says that. They're just telling you that both constructions are grammatical.
