Is “be” dropped after “will” in this sentence?

President Trump tweeted, “All Republicans support people with pre-existing conditions, and if they don’t, they will after I speak to them. I am in total support,” a blatantly false statement.

Hello, I cannot understand the sentence” they will after I speak to them”. Does it mean “they will be after (or will support) what I speak to them.”? Please help me out. Thanks!
